By creating an account, accessing Courtwoods Pickleball, or making a reservation, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and the policies made available through the booking system.
Users must provide accurate and complete account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities performed through your account.
Reservations are subject to court and time-slot availability. Users must review the selected date, court, time, rental items, lighting options, and other booking details before confirming a reservation.
A reservation is considered confirmed only when its status is shown as Confirmed by Courtwoods or the booking system.
Available payment options may include Pay Later, GCash, QR Ph, Maya, and debit or credit card, depending on the methods currently enabled by Courtwoods. Online payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider.
Online payments include a transaction fee consisting of the payment processing fee and VAT on that fee. The transaction fee varies by payment method, is shown in Booking Details before confirmation, and is included in the total amount to pay. Pay Later has no online transaction fee.
A payment shown as Pending is not considered successfully paid until payment confirmation has been received by the system.
To request a booking cancellation, contact the Courtwoods admin and provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Users cannot cancel bookings directly in the system. A cancellation request is subject to admin approval and the current Courtwoods cancellation policy. Rescheduling is subject to availability and applicable restrictions. Any refund depends on the applicable payment method and refund policy.
Players should arrive before their scheduled reservation. Failure to arrive may be treated as a no-show, and Courtwoods may release the reserved court when appropriate.
Users must respect staff, players, visitors, facility rules, reserved court assignments, and scheduled playing times. Courts and equipment must be used responsibly and safely.
Users requesting paddles, balls, or other rental equipment are responsible for proper use and return of the equipment. Applicable charges may be imposed for lost or damaged items according to Courtwoods policies.
Courtwoods may modify, reschedule, or cancel reservations when necessary because of maintenance, safety concerns, facility closures, emergencies, special events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Users may receive booking confirmations, payment updates, reminders, cancellations, announcements, and other service-related notifications through available communication channels.
Courtwoods may restrict or suspend access when a user engages in fraudulent reservations, intentional system abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or repeated violations of facility or booking policies.
Courtwoods may update these Terms & Conditions when booking, payment, facility, or operational policies change. The latest version should be made available through the Courtwoods system.
