3. Booking and Rental Information
We process reservation information such as court, date, time, booking status, booking reference, rental quantities, rental duration, rescheduling information, and related notes so reservations can be created and managed.
4. Payment Information
Online payments may be processed through supported third-party payment providers. Courtwoods may retain payment references, payment status, amounts, and transaction-related records needed to verify and manage bookings. Sensitive card, wallet, or payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Courtwoods.
